Flower Availability & Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
If a specific flower or container is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar flower or container of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design of the arrangement.
Delivery Policy
Oopsie Daisy Florals offers local delivery within our service area.
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be:
• Left in a safe location
• Left with a neighbor or front desk
• Returned to the shop for redelivery (additional fees may apply)
Delivery times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, holidays, or high order volume.
Event and Wedding Orders
For weddings and events, a signed contract and deposit may be required to secure your event date.
Final balances must be paid by the agreed-upon date outlined in the event agreement.
Changes to event orders must be requested in advance and may be subject to availability and additional costs.
Deposits for weddings and events may be non-refundable depending on the timing and terms stated in the event contract.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are generally not offered once an order has been delivered.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Flower Care & Natural Variation
Flowers are natural products and may vary in color, size, shape, and appearance depending on seasonal availability and growing conditions.
While we design arrangements to closely match the style and color palette shown in photos or inspiration images, exact replication cannot be guaranteed.
Proper flower care is the responsibility of the customer or recipient after delivery. Oopsie Daisy Florals is not responsible for damage or reduced lifespan of flowers due to:
• Heat or extreme temperatures
• Lack of water
• Improper handling
• Outdoor exposure

Weather & Event Conditions
For weddings and outdoor events, Oopsie Daisy Florals is not responsible for damage to flowers, installations, or arrangements caused by weather conditions including but not limited to:
• Heat
• Wind
• Rain
• Cold temperatures
• Direct sunlight
The client assumes responsibility for providing an appropriate environment for floral designs. If severe weather conditions pose safety concerns for staff or installations, Oopsie Daisy Florals reserves the right to modify or cancel certain installations.

Event Cancellation Policy
Because flowers and materials are ordered in advance for events, cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments.
Cancellation terms are as follows:
• Deposit payments are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be responsible for up to 100% of the remaining balance, depending on materials already ordered and work completed.
If an event must be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate a new date depending on availability.

Photography & Marketing Use
Oopsie Daisy Florals reserves the right to photograph floral designs created for weddings, events, or deliveries.
These photographs may be used for marketing purposes including:
• Website galleries
• Social media
• Portfolios
• Promotional materials
If a client prefers that images from their event not be used for marketing, they must notify Oopsie Daisy Florals in writing prior to the event.
Limitation of Liability
Oopsie Daisy Florals is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services such as payment processors or website hosting platforms. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party providers.
