I always plan with flexibility in mind. If a particular flower is unavailable, I’ll select a comparable bloom that maintains the same color and aesthetic while ensuring quality and freshness.
Clear communication is key! Sharing inspiration photos, color palettes, and must-have flowers is a great start. However, I focus on creating a unique floral design rather than directly replicating an image. I will also provide updates and check-ins throughout the planning process to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
Weather can impact floral quality, especially for outdoor weddings in extreme heat, wind, or cold. I choose blooms that are best suited for the conditions, but I also recommend a backup plan for delicate florals. We can always adjust the placement of certain arrangements to keep them fresh throughout the day.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. This allows me to begin the design process, order flowers, and schedule my team. The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon date before the wedding. Because florals are custom-ordered and perishable, refunds are generally not available once flowers have been purchased. However, I’m happy to work with you on any necessary adjustments should unforeseen circumstances arise.
